It depends on the station. Our local NBC (Sinclair) station's
local news is really excellent, almost as good as Fox's
at-the-network upconverts. They list it on TitanTV as HD,
which it isn't, but it's clearly far better than is possible
with an NTSC intermediate, better than DVD.
