FWIW, I don't see any of those problems on a regular basis by any means, even from multiplexes like WETA's, which are heavily loaded. So how can that be, if Cliff sees problems so frequently? Bad encoders at all of the Phila stations? Or Cliff has bought faulty STBs in every case? Or maybe I secretly modified the MPEG decoder in my two STBs? Seems doubtful to me, but one never knows. (Not to say that "100 percent digital quality" is anything more than marketing blather, of course.)
