Yes there are ways to access exclusive content the day after the premiere on a MVPD system. Apple has been doing this since 2005. And it is more expensive than subscribing to the extended basic bundle, when you add up the cost to access multiple programs in this manner - think of it as ala carte pricing. And then there is the minor issue of all of the live content in the bundle that is not available at any price. That's what exclusive means Bert.
