All this shows is a continuing trend at Apple, to control what their customers can and cannot do. It is not all that different from when they refused to install Flash players in their hand-held toys. Don't you get it?

So now they want to have control of your picture-taking.

What is totally predictable, though, is that Apple evangelists will twist this into being someone else's fault, just as they did when their new i toys couldn't get the content they wanted from their old reliable web sites. "Those greedy web sites."

OH PLEASE!!!!!

Why would Apple do this to piss off their customers?

That makes NO SENSE.

Clearly they are reacting to an issue that the entertainment industry is very concerned about. The movie industry has already tried several techniques to keep camcorders from working in movie theaters. And both sporting leagues and concert promoters have been very aggressive about preventing video capture and live reporting of events via cellphones.

Once again, YOU are demonstrating your disdain for all that is Apple, and your lack of understanding of the Flash issue.

Craig
