We started from the east end of Alton-Baker river trail (Aspen St, Springfield) 
to end up at Island Park, but lack of sightings convinced us to turn around and 
do Day Island instead.  So most of the list is from the trail running along the 
canoe trail, at
Day Island.  2 of the bushtit flocks were high in the canopies of tall trees 
and one flock contained additional species.

Bald Eagle - 2 ad (each with a fish) 
Red-tailed Hawk - 3

Anna’s Hummingbird - 2
Belted Kingfisher - 1
Downy Woodpecker - 1
Northern Flicker - 4
American Crow - 20
Western Scrub Jay - 5 
Black-capped Chickadee - 6
Chestnut-backed Chickadee - in mixed flock
Bushtit - 3 large groups
White-breasted Nuthatch - 1
Bewick's Wren - 3
Pacific Wren - 1
American Robin - 15
European Starling - 15
Cedar Waxwing - 30
Townsend’s Warbler - 2 in mixed flock
Spotted Towhee - 7
Song Sparrow - 20
Lincoln's Sparrow - 1
Golden-crowned Sparrow - 16
White-crowned Sparrow - 2
Dark-eyed Junco 1
Savannah Sparrow - 2
Red-winged Blackbird - 6
House Finch - 4
Lesser Goldfinch - 2
American Goldfinch - 2 large flocks
