Yes, I fixed line 21 but not committed yet.
Phrase is fine, it should matter only when someone wants to change this
symbol for something different. čiarka is comma in all context, bodka is
dot or point in general.

In symbols.dic for SK language on line 21 I read:
"decimal point none always # desatinná čiarka".
this means the decimal point is not pronounced?
To have both decimal point and decimal comma you can try this on line 9:
‘decimal point (?<![^\d -])[\.,](?=\d)’
Also the line 21 I think that should be fixed.

One user from Slovakia reported some issues with decimal numbers. After
investigation I noticed that our symbols file doesn't have defined
pronunciation for decimal point. I fixed it but this leads me to
something else. In slovakia, we use decimal comma, not decimal point.
For example 3.5 is written as 3,5. Is it possible to define in our
symbols file something like this?
I tryed the default decimal point definition, I changed symbol "." to
"," but it seems that it doesn't work. I found in czech symbols file fhis:
decimal point (?<=\d)\,(?=\d)
but it doesn't work too. I am littlebit comfused about regexp so can
someone tell me how to define this if possible? My idea is to have both
decimal point and decimal comma.
