[nvda-addons] Requesting new mantainer and reviewer for add-ons

Hi, first of all, thanks Chris and Joseph for their feed-back and work
on readFeeds, Bhavya and Chris for the same reason on
clipContentsDesigner, and Mesar for all his work.
I can't continue my work reviewing and improving add-ons for now. So I
request a new mantainer for readFeeds, placeMarkers, emoticons, eMule
and clipContentsDesigner, and someone for the revision of FocusHighLight
and SPL, GoldWave, and translation updates of NoBeepsSpeechMode and
BitChe add-ons.
Hope I can be working on add-ons soon.
