Well said, Andy.  

It's good to know I'm not the only one who feels this
way.  It's been very hard to jump in and participate
in a mission when the objectives aren't defined (or
even identified) clearly.

I also felt the massive amounts of "baby" posts were
irrelavent and distracting.

Speaking for myself, I think you've hit the nail on
the head with this email.
