[muglo] Staying connected?

I'm using AppleMail  HDSL via ISP.ca under Tiger.   For some unknown  
reason I've started to get dialog box reminder warnings from Internet  
Connect asking whether I wish to stay connected.  Never had them in  
the past.  One just occurred as I was typing this message  - maybe  
Big Brother IS watching me - and didn't like me sending this  
message  ?  You're only paranoic etc .etc  ?.............. (Smile)
This is an unneccesary warning, and I'm wondering what setting I  
might have changed which provokes this, and what I can do to stop it  
occuring! :(

Any ideas, folks ?
