Data File Management > Add > (choose PST) OK > Regular Windows dialogue,
which allows you to browse to where ever you store your PST files...

Cheers

     :Neil,
:Yes I know that, what I don't understand is how to change
     :the path it
     :views as the default
     :Lexi
     :
     :
:Sorry to hear that it hasn't fixed the problem Lexi.
     :
     :But just to clarify:
:Data File Management doesn't switch profiles, it allows
     :you to open
:other PST files from within the profile you are currently
     :using. You
:switch profiles either by restarting OL and/or the 'Mail'
     :applet in
     :Control panel.
     :
     :Regards

: :Hi sorry must not have seen that.
: :I see the data file management but don't see the new profile
: :At any rate the new profile does the same thing as the
     : :old, I get the
: :password prompt so it's not working and I'm beginning to
     : :think it's got

     :such problems
     : :Thanks Lexi
