So... Have you tried switching to IMO from Corp/Workgroup?

Do you connect to an Exchange server? If not, then there is no reason to
stay with Corp/Workgroup mode.

A new profile can be VERY helpful in these situations.
Profiles can become subtly corrupt and cause these type of issues.
Have you applied all the relevant SP's for Outlook ?

Also, can you quote some of the email you are replying to when you respond.
Very hard to follow the thread when you don't. ;-)
