Sorry to hear that it hasn't fixed the problem Lexi.
But just to clarify:
Data File Management doesn't switch profiles, it allows you to open
other PST files from within the profile you are currently using. You
switch profiles either by restarting OL and/or the 'Mail' applet in
Control panel.
