Sorry, no ideas. The link I sent mentioned (For Dell Optiplex 280)
'Display control panel, Settings, Advanced, Troubleshoot, and turn down the
Hardward Acceleration slidebar from Full to a little less than half.'
Sorry, maybe someone else has ideas.
