You may want to test by toggling the graphic format from inline with text
to 'in front of text'.

That didn't work either. What I did though was send them to someone
else who can see the letter head. Then they saved them and are going to
email them back to me. What I'm getting at is maybe the Normal.dot file
is corrupt and by someone else saving them and emailing them back to me
it may correct this. =20
