Echo's reply to the posts about the signatures missing graphics triggered a thought... (Bear with me it gets a little convoluted.) The specific option you want to check is (Outlook XP) on the bottom of the Mail Format tab of the options window. Make sure that you have the same signature set there as you do for send and receive. Then, I realized that Diane is using 2000. This then triggered a memory that there were problems there that a client hit earlier this year. Checked the Knowledge Base.
