Well Arul...if the picture's format is not supported in html, then why does
she see the picture when she sends a new mail, but not when she replies or
forwards a mail?  If she was using a format not supported in html, she
wouldn't see it at all...right?

Hi Diane,

It means that the picture format not supported with
HTML mail format. Try changing the picture format (may
be gif,bmb etc). Read documents in internet explorer
for supported graphics and do the respective change. 

How to change?

Right click the picture, select open with and choose
MS Paint. It opens that picture in MS paint. Now
choose save as and select the supported picture format
from the file type drop down box and save. 

Now use this newly saved picture in your e-mail
