I don't know Outlook well at all, but I do use it at the office. ISTR that 
when I reply to or forward an email in it, no signature is attached. I only 
see my sig on new emails in Outlook, I think.

That would probably explain it, anyway. Maybe there's an option somewhere 
that needs to be set in order to add sigs to Outlook email always?
