Go into Tools - Options and uncheck to save a copy of sent mail. Then Make a rule to send all sent mail that contains a @ to the sent items folder EXCEPT the one for your client. Then Make another rule to send all the sent mail that contains your clients address to the client folder. I tried this and all sent mail goes to the sent mail folder except the one clients that goes to that individual folder. If you turn this off, you have to turn it off for ALL mail, not just mail sent to one specific person. There may be a way to write a custom rule or a macro that deletes the mail from the sent items after the copy is moved, but I wouldn't have a clue how to do that. Linda F. The only thing I am able to do is move a copy to the specified folder. Is there a way to keep it from being saved to the sent folder and just move it to the specific folder? -- Thanks, Michele Wong ************************************************************* You are receiving this mail because you subscribed to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or MicrosoftOffice@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To send mail to the group, simply address it to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To Unsubscribe from this group, visit the group's homepage and use the dropdown menu at the top.
