At this moment you'll probably have already received Dian's message 
with the URL to her excellent explanation of handling special 
characters.  You don't type the character code on the Find box, you 
put the cursor in the "Find" box, then you must press and hold down 
the left Alt key and type the code in the numeric keypad, this will 
type the actual character in the cursor position. Alternatively, you 
can find the character in the Character Map, select and copy it, and 
then paste it into the "Find" box.
