Hi thanks I've tried that and then some nothing works to retain the
password and the server says it's not them

I've been using it since January 2003. I've had no problems with it and
like the improvements to Outlook, especially. Very cool!
However, although the upgrade MAY take care of your password prompt
problem, you should read this article:

Not sure what's the problem, as I haven't been paying attention to this
thread. But see if the above helps.
