I don't believe there is any way to change the format once it's been
selected...but, to see which format you are using, go to the File menu and
click on Data File Management...in there, click once on your pst file, then
click on the Settings button...in there, there's a box that says "Format"
and it tells you which format you are using.

Neil,

I think we started to talk about this before, but is there a way to convert
to old PST to Unicode (and a way to tell which format a PST is)?

Thanks,

Mark

The only thing I would add to Linda's comments is that to mix PST files from
OL2003 with older versions, OL2003 *must* be set up to use the older-style
of PST file format.
A fresh install of OL2003 defaults to the new, Unicode format (well worth
having, I might add), but the older type can be specified when creating a
new PST file.

Regards
