Rules are not part of the pst....you have to use the rules wizard to export
your rules to a file, then use the rules wizard to import them back into the
new pst.

You shouldn't have deleted that old pst...you should have waited until I
answered your question LOL

OK - I renamed and fixed that, but all my rules are gone - even when I load
my old PST back in and make it the default - WAAAAAHHHH!
