[mso] Re: Newsletter Page Layout in Word 2002

I think the question was about whether "Continued" can be made to appear
automatically at the bottom/top of the chained text boxes.

This is easy to do in Publisher - it's a property of the text box: Format
text box / text box / include "continued on page" and include "continued
from page".

Although you can link two or more text boxes in Word for automatic flow of
text, the "continued" line controls aren't provided in the Format text box /
text box pop-up. Nor do they seem to be mentioned in the help, and I'd say
you can't do it automatically in Word.

But, that's why Publisher still exists. Word is a facility to put content
on paper. Publisher is a facility for putting words on a layout. For
newsletter-type publications (where layout is as important as content), I'd
always go with Publisher.
