It doesn't bother me too much but I was concerned that if anyone tried to
copy and paste your code, they might end up tearing their hair out!

Robert (or anyone else), if you tried Jim's code, then be aware that "=3D"
stands for a plain "=" sign.  An "=" on its own appears to represent a
newline character and "=20" seems to be a space at the end of a line.  (As I
recall, 20 is the Hex ASCII value for Space).
