I have my loan equipment inventory in a table that includes ID (unique), Equipment Name, Equipment Type, Date of Purchase In another table I have the loanee First, Last, user name (unique), Date of Request, Date of Pick up, Expected Date of Return, Actual Date of Return These are linked on the ID of the equipment on a many-to-many Problem: What to do with equipment that is wanted by more than one person at the same time. On the equipment side, I'd like to add some specifics such as parts needed, parts purchased, vendor information (contact, phone), estimated cost, expected purchase date, actual cost, actual purchase date.
