[mso] Re: E-mail merge using Access and Word

I don't know how to make Outlook accept the two email addresses, but what I
would do is make a copy of the table in Access, just for this mail
merge...and use an Append Query to pull all the records from the original
table that have something in the second email address field and append them
to the new copy of the table. Then you will have one record for every
parent. Wouldn't that work? Can't you just use this separate table JUST
for the mail merges?

If not, you'll have to wait for someone else who may have more experience
with this...remember it's a holiday weekend in the US so many people aren't
sitting at their computers reading email.

Any yes, Microsoft has help phone numbers (but they are not free and I don't
know what they are)....and I'm sure they are closed for the holiday too.
You might want to try the posting this question to the Microsoft newsgroups
tho....they are located here:

Good luck.
