I don't understand what you're saying here.  Are you saying that the 
Word is generated from information in Excel?  If so, then you 
shouldn't be having any problems, because you could easily sort the 
information in Excel before generating the Word.

In the beginning, it wasn't in Excel.  I just put it into Excel last 
night, and put everything together.
