Well, I am not using the right characters for the 'OXLSO' name. These 
characters had tick marks above the letters.

It is a genealogy page. Fairly close to the bottom you will see the 
original characters to this. The paragraph starts with:
I have some genealogy pals that have put their genealogy data into an 
Excel.... and the next line contained a mention of that format. It says: Do 
you know of a way to convert blah blah.

I am just wondering what the heck that format is! If you don't have time or 
would rather not fool with this, don't.

As for my email client causing those, I think I know why. It shouldn't 
happen again.
