Robert,
I notice that the subject header shows these characters (=D2 and =D3) as O
with a grave accent and O with an acute accent. SOMEWHERE (at the back of
my memory) I have seen this happen before when the open and close quotation
marks have been used, for example, in a Word document which has then been
converted into HTML, perhaps.
Ignore the spurious O's and read it as "XLS" and all might make sense, i.e.
your tables are in Excel format.
