[modeleng] Re: LBSC D3 class

LBSC produced a design for a simple single cylinder, spirit fired D3 in 
2½" gauge (Victoria) but it is only very loosely based on the original.

The original drawings have been lost over the years but I have drawn up 
a new set for the 2½" Gauge Association. I don't know of any other 
versions though.
