Not sure, but I believe it was for purchases, and if so, logic (if one can 
use that word when talking about legislation) decrees that it would also 
apply to gifts.

At the moment the limits are £18 for purchases and £36 for gifts Alan. Do
you know if there will still be a difference for the two, or will they both
be the same, at £105 please?
