[modeleng] Duchess Liveries

Didn't the Duchess's only run for a very short period of time in maroon 
livery under the LMS? Most of their lives, weren't they in crimson?

For example, crimson at Bressingham...

Also, wasn't at least one of the class painted light blue BR experimental
