The history of bomber command's navigation accuracy prior to the 
introduction of radio navigational aids suggest that even that is 
unlikely!

Who was it who said " When I hear that the RAF has dropped 300 tons of 
bombs on Germany, the only thing that I am certain of is that 300 tons of 
bombs were exported somewhere in the general direction of Germany"?
