The sounds should be in the app bundle. As far as setting up your account, did you by chance have any luck reading the email addie / live ID as you typed it into the combo box? It wouldn't read for me at all.
As well, to add to what Jacob said, When I interacted with the html content area to read msgs, VO would 'get stuck' and I wouldn't then be able to move out of it, even if I stopped interacting with it. I'd need to turn off VO and then turn it on again, before I could again access the chat window for the particular conversation I was in. 

  Has anyone else experienced this?…
