Hi Phil, I think you should keep in mind a good number of posts will be people looking for help with various problems they are having with their Macs. It's just the nature of the list. I have had a Mac for 18 months and had never had a major problem with software or, hardware. I'm in the majority as far as Mac users go. Only a hand full of people on the list are having extensive problems.
