[macvoiceover] Re: Voiceover talking again

apple should monitor the mailing lists and also make certain their apple care 
specialists or whoever answers the phone to do troubleshooting can deal with 
someone using voiceover.  This is not hard, it just needs to go into the 
mechanisms they use to provide assistance so that when someone says:
"I use voiceover..."
they type this in and get all the info they need to help someone.  "voiceover 
on speech off" is a pretty unique flaggable bit of info.
