[macvoiceover] Re: Voiceover talking again

I have found, in my limited time using it, they are very bad on VO
issues and fair to good on other things.  I had more sane results
emailing accessibility@xxxxxxxxx, but this is not the desired solution
to have a part of the OS which no tech support knows anything about.
