Hello, Other than the first year or so, I have never had any problems with AppleCare support. In the early days, for example, in Tiger, I had problems. However, starting in Leopard and even more so in Snow Leopard, I have not had any problems. When the first tier people couldn't help, they always connected me with A product specialist who then escalated the problem if it couldn't be resolved over the phone.
