It certainly doesn't hurt to bring this to Apple's attention again. However this is a long-time issue known to apple; people have complained about it since safari 1.0 from what I saw when I googlee and either the devellopers of safari don't know how to provide an option to turn off type ahead or for some reason have chosen not to do so.
