Here's a question. I make playlists quite often, but I don't really know
what sort of program they are. In other words, if I put a certain song on
multiple playlists, does itunes keep making new copies of that song, or does
the playlist tell it to go pull that song from the library? Also, if you
load multiple playlists onto your mp3 player, are songs copied multiple
times, or does itunes allow one copy of the song to be placed there and then
utilized for whichever playlist it is on? Does this make any sence at
all?From: macvoiceover-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Again, I have huge playlists, and they have absolutely never taken an
hour to load. This is really something other than Itunes. However, I
and others have to remember that if David is happy with VLC, then that
is what he needs to use. I just hate that Itunes didn't work for you,
David. it is built into the Mac; it is from Apple; and it should be
the standard that everything is based on as far as audio and video
players in OSX. As I say, no problems here, and I have thousands of
mp3's loaded and I don't know how many Audible books.I should say that
this is one of the things that make our Macs so cool. If, for
whatever reason you don't like a program, you can usually find an
alternative that you will like. Thanks for reading. Happy Itunes user.
