If you mean restore the mac, make sure you have a  time  machine back up, or at 
least a back up of your imprint stuff, product keys etc, and boot the computer 
whilst holding down the command and r keys. Wait for about 30 seconds then turn 
on voice over. Now go to disk utility and choose reinstall os10. It might say 
lion. they need to fix that.  and follow the prompts. I would first try a 
permissions repair though before undertaking that. go to the disk utility from 
the recovery console you just booted in to and choose your disk. then choose 
the first aid tab, then vo space on the repair permissions button and wait 
until the button becomes undimmed and do the same with disk repair.I cover some

the mac training materials I think.
