[mac4theblind] Problem with Voiceover when dealing with editing/navigating more than one page in a document on the Mac

Hi all, I'm using Mountain Lion V8.3 and the free word processor Bean V3.2.4
For me, I am frequently encountering this occurring problem where Voiceover
becomes unable to navigate with the arrow keys.
Before I try to attempt to explain this which will be hard and complicated I
just want to ask have anyone else experienced this in any shape or form with
any word processing app on Mac OSX? I get this same problem with Text Edit,
Bean and Pages too.
If anyone knows what I'm talking about or would like to have a guess when one
is dealing with at least 2 or more pages in a document with VO and the above
Word Processors that would be brave of you! Also you might be able to explain
it far better than I can.
It is the sort of thing where showing it rather than writing about it makes
more sense.
This is the only annoyance I am having with my word processing experience with
my Mac and it is really unproductive too! Sorry for the rant! LOL
