[lit-ideas] On the passing of Mike Geary

Very sad news. Mike Geary is no longer with us. 

He's gone to that Great Whiskey Saloon in the sky.

Yes, he somehow managed to unintentionally unsubscribe himself. 

He wants me to resubscribe him.

I'm thinking, maybe we should put this up to a vote. Anyone vouch for him?
