Oriana was so cool back in the day, and now she's dog meat because she speaks her mind?

The article Omar posted makes an argument similar to:

Many of the banjo-twanging Hillbillies of the US were descended from Scots, a race who gave us Robert Burns and David Ritchie. Therefore all this talk about moonshining, intermarrying, and illiteracy is just ignorant bigotry.

Hillbillies are still Hillbillies whether they descended from Hazrat Omar bin Khattab or not.
