Not a major source. The ever-clueless Tommy Thompson has given figures of 1.5
million doses and 2.5 million _possibly_ available from Canada. Aventis-Pasteur
is supposed to supply a much larger amount--in January!
None of our enterprising journalists has yet pointed out the oddity of the
Administration's appealing to Canada for flu vaccine while resisting efforts to
legalize the importation of other drugs from there, on the grounds that they may
not be 'safe.'
