  Let's not.  We're talking about the simple action of sliding a
floppy made from within another W98 config by using the system's
"Make boot disk" feature in the drive & starting the 'puter at
this point.  If you wish to suggest that I'm an imbicile, do so
more directly.

  Perhaps you don't realise how very condescending your tone is.
Perhpas it's just early for me.  Perhaps my migrain is effecting
my reception of your help.

  In any case, I am an extremely tolerant moderator, but if
you continue in this manner you may find yourself off this list.

  I really did look at the contents of that disk.  I don't have
it here with me, but I assure you, it looked nothing like yours.

have found that this is not the case.
