I do build liblouis under Windows for NVDA. However, I build it under
Cygwin, as it includes autotools, etc. There are currently some problems
which cause errors when building under Cygwin, but the library itself
does build, which is all I need. I will need to investigate as to why
the package as a whole isn't building properly.
