There are files for building both liblouis and liblouisutdml in their
repositories. The liblouisutdml repository also contains a
README.windows file which explains how to use them. You will need
Stbversion to access the liblouis repository and Mercurial to access the
liblouisutdml repository. These repositories are on googlecode pages.
Links to these pages are on the home page of
http://www.abilitiessoft.com You wil also need a Java development kit
for 32-bit Windows. Finally, you will need Microsoft C++ Express or
Microsoft Visual studio express or Microsoft Software Development K<it.
The README file describes how to use the latter. You will also have to
download the source code for libxml2, as described in that file. Once
you have everything, just follow instructions. Let me know if something
doesn't work.

Once you have the dll's for both liblouis and liblouisutdml, download
the 64-bit BrailleBlaster and replace the dlls in the base directory
produced by unzipping. Finally, download the SWT jar file for Windows
32-bit and put it in the lib subdirectory. Let me know when it is
working. I am setting up a page where you can upload the zipped file.

Once everything is in place, updating liblouis and liblouisutdml for new
releases wil simply be a matter of running nmmake /f Makefile.nmake in
their windows subdirectories.

Note that BrailleBaster is still in a very early stage of development.
However, you can get all the features available in liblouisutdml by
using the translate subcommand.
