The link to the .PDF is on the relevent forum page, I have downloaded it (only 28K). The first part deals with the change in rating names(you now have the FFO. as SP(sport pilot) and FC as RP(recreational pilot). ie, as in real life!! 
Likewise ATC is renamed.
The rest you will have to read yourself.
