In a message you are sending, type alt v for views and then arrow down to
BCC field and hit enter to check it. let us know if that doesn't work.

If you go into the address book you will see 'To', 'CC' and ;'BCC' buttons
once you've selected a recipient.
I've noticed that once you've selected a BCC addressee once, the BCC button
remains on the 'blank' message creation screen until Outlook is closed down.
